About Me

Hi, I’m Elena (Elle), and movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK in 2003 and spent years performing as a professional dancer in theatres across the country and beyond.
In 2010, a back injury changed my path and led me to Pilates and yoga for recovery. What started as rehabilitation soon became a passion, inspiring me to train as a teacher so I could help others move and feel better.
I qualified in Pilates and remedial exercise with Alan Herdman in 2012, earned a Pre & Post-Natal certification from Body Control Pilates®, and in 2019 completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Diploma and meditation training with Yogacampus. I’m also a certified Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga teacher with the amazing Judith Lasater.
Alongside teaching Pilates and yoga, I’ve shared my love of movement through dance instruction, having taught for institutions like The English National Ballet School and The London Studio Centre. I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning and regularly attend courses and workshops to keep growing and refining my skills. At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to helping people move with ease, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels good. Whether it’s a dynamic Pilates session or a deeply relaxing restorative yoga class, my goal is to create a safe space where you can truly take care of yourself.
