About Me

Movement has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK
in 2003, and spent years performing as a professional dancer in theatres across the country and internationally.
In 2010, a back injury shifted my path and introduced me to Pilates and yoga as tools for recovery. What began as rehabilitation soon became a true vocation, inspiring me to retrain as a Pilates teacher to help others move more freely, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.
I qualified in Pilates and remedial exercise with Alan Herdman in 2012, gained a Pre & Post-Natal certification from Body Control Pilates®, and in 2019 completed my two-year Yoga teacher training Diploma with Yogacampus
in London. I’m also a certified Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga teacher under the guidance
of Judith Lasater, PhD, and physical therapist.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve taught a wide range of clients—from athletes to the older population—delivering tailored Pilates and yoga classes. I collaborate closely with osteopaths and physiotherapists to support injury prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring my clients move safely and effectively. In August 2026, I will complete my Level 3 Sports Massage qualification at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, allowing me to incorporate manual therapy into my work.
Alongside Pilates and yoga, I’ve shared my love of movement through dance instruction, teaching at institutions including The English National Ballet School and The London Studio Centre. I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning and regularly attend workshops and courses to deepen my knowledge and refine my skills.
At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where people can move with ease, feel stronger, and nurture their well-being.
