If you have been planning for a while to join a retreat and give yourself some time for self-discovery and self-care, I would like to offer you a place on my next Yoga and Pilates retreat in March.
It will be a long weekend in the beautiful New Forest.
We’ll stay in a beautiful manor house, surrounded by peaceful countryside and just a stone’s throw from the charming town of Lymington and the Dorset coast. This retreat is designed to help you shake off the winter slumber, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the vibrant energy of spring. A weekend dedicated to:
-Connection with yourself and other like-minded people;
-Mindful movement including yoga, Pilates, and meditation;
-Wholesome food that nourishes the body;
-Time for yourself and time in nature to truly embrace the renewal of spring;
Itinerary (TBC):
*Thursday*
- 4 pm: Arrival with tea and treats
- 5.30-6.30 pm: Flow to Restore yoga practice
- 7 pm: Welcome Drink
-7.30 pm: Dinner & free time
*Friday*
- From 7.15 am: tea, coffee, snacks and fruit
- 8-9.15 am: Pilates practice
- 9.30 am: Brunch
- Free time - explore the New Forest, the coast, or just time to relax
- 5-6.30 pm: Flow to Restore yoga
- 7 pm: Dinner and wind down
*Saturday*
- 7.15 am: tea, coffee, snacks, and fruit
- 8-9.15 am: Pilates practice
- 9.30 am: Brunch
- Free time
- 4-6.30 pm: Restorative Practice and Sound Healing with guest teacher
- 7 pm: Dinner and wind down
-9 pm: Closing gathering

- 7.15 am: tea, coffee, snacks, and fruit
- 8-9 am: Yoga
- 9 am: Breakfast
- 10.30 am: Departure

This retreat is a time to renew and re-energize in preparation for the growth and possibilities of spring. I can’t wait to share this peaceful space with you. There are 12 places available on a first come first served basis.
Room Availability: Arnewood Manor has 7 lovely bedrooms available, one ensuite with the remaining sharing 3 bath/shower rooms between them. All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. On the ground floor, there is ample space for everyone to relax in, dine, and a restful studio for classes.

Meet Your Hosts

Elena- Teacher
Originally from Italy, Elena has been living in the UK since 2003, where her journey with movement and wellness has shaped her life and career. She started as a professional dancer, performing in theaters across the UK and internationally, but a back injury in 2010 led her to a transformative path in Pilates and Yoga.
Since then, Elena has completed comprehensive training in Pilates, remedial exercise, and yoga, earning certifications in
Pre & Post-Natal Pilates, Restorative Yoga, and meditation.
She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where movement becomes a tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth. Through her Wellebeing Retreats, she aim to share her deep love of movement, mindfulness, and connection with others, helping you feel inspired, recharged, and renewed.

Caroline – Retreat Chef
Caroline brings a wealth of experience to her role as a retreat chef, having spent much of her career in global event management. She has worked with some of the world’s largest corporations across industries, from commercial enterprises to financial institutions, designing and delivering high-profile corporate events. Her meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to create memorable experiences have been key to her professional success.
A devoted advocate of plant-based living since her teenage years, Caroline has cultivated a lifelong passion for food, hospitality, and nurturing others. Known as the "hostess with the mostest," she effortlessly combines creativity and warmth to craft nourishing, vibrant dishes that delight the senses and support overall well-being.
Since 2023, Caroline has been collaborating as a retreat chef with Wellebeing Retreats, where she seamlessly merges her love of food with her dedication to creating holistic, rejuvenating experiences for guests. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a colorful salad bursting with seasonal ingredients, or an elegant dinner, Caroline’s meals are always a highlight of the retreat, leaving guests feeling truly cared for and inspired.

What is the cost and what’s included?
Prices vary depending on room choice. The retreat includes 3 nights of accommodation, all meals, daily Pilates and yoga sessions, a sound healing experience, and access to the manor house’s private grounds.
Room rates are as follows:

Is transport included?
Transport to and from the retreat is not included, so you’ll need to arrange your own travel to the venue.
How do I book a spot?

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and Pilates, walking shoes for nature walks, and personal items like a water bottle and journal. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely! Many participants come on their own, and the retreat is a welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals.
Will there be any downtime?
Yes, there is plenty of free time throughout the retreat to relax, explore the local area, or simply unwind in the beautiful surroundings.
